Crews at the property are performing extensive excavation work, breaking foundation walls, breaking concrete, and soil haul off at the property.
Starting on Monday 8/25, and scheduled to complete on 8/29, crews will be performing work on 31st Street, to make a stormwater connection. The plans for street work were communicated with the 22nd Ward Alderman’s office, no parking signs have been installed, the food truck vendors were notified of the work so they can prepare accordingly, and there are detailed plans for traffic control during the course of work to prevent traffic complications.
Crews on site also continue to prioritize dust control, traffic maintenance, and air quality monitoring throughout the course of work. The project remains on schedule. Please contact us with any questions you may have.
